Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the prelaunch website and waitlist only; the ProfitPit platform itself will have its own terms of service before launch.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist. You must also be old enough to enter into agreements under the law that applies to you. You may join only for yourself — do not register on behalf of another person or use automated means to submit registrations.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create an account, guarantee an invitation, or reserve any feature, price, or launch date. Invitations are sent at our discretion, and the order or timing of invitations may change. We may close or pause the waitlist at any time.

Referrals

Each member receives a referral link. Only new, unique registrations are counted; self-referrals and duplicate registrations receive no credit. ProfitPit may discard referrals that appear automated or abusive. Referral standing carries no cash value and does not guarantee early access, pricing, or any other benefit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the site; attempt to access data that is not yours, including other people's registrations; scrape or harvest registrations or emails; submit false, misleading, or spam registrations; or use the site in violation of applicable law. We may remove or disregard registrations that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

The ProfitPit name, logo, rank artwork, product previews, and site content are owned by ProfitPit and may not be copied or used without permission, except as needed to share your referral link. Screenshots and previews on this site show in-development software with sample data and may change before launch.

Not financial advice

ProfitPit is not a broker, does not execute trades, and does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. Content shown on this site, including product screens with sample data, is for illustration only. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Trading risk

Trading futures, options, forex, crypto, and stocks involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
